The Law Office of Ben Williams, PLLC prides itself as a law firm that excels in Real Estate Law, Estate Planning and Probate Matters, and Corporate Law.

Ben Williams

Ben Williams is board certified in Commercial Real Estate Law and Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  He focuses on representing private lending groups, banks, and real estate investors in all aspects of their business, from loans, to acquisitions, development, leasing, financing, and sales.  A licensed real estate broker and active investor, he prides himself on bringing real world experience and communication skills to the table.  He has represented parties in thousands of mortgage loans and real property transactions throughout Central Texas.

He is a firm believer in serving those who serve others, and frequently represents non-profits and churches pro bono.

He is licensed to practice before State Courts in Texas, the U.S. Tax Court, and the United States District Court – Western District.

When not at the office, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu, picking up heavy objects, and reading books of every shape and size. 

He generally does not accept new clients. 

Ben Ha

Benjamin Ha is a native Texan, born and raised in Houston.  Ben joined the firm in July 2017, practicing in the areas of Real Estate and Estate Planning. He is focused on representing private lenders, investors, and high-net-worth individuals in all aspects of their business, from entity formation and acquisitions, to sales, leasing, management, financing, and asset protection.

Previously, Ben worked for several law firms in Houston, Texas, practicing in the areas of immigration (permanent residency and naturalization, business related visas, including intracompany transferees and H-1Bs), general litigation, probate, and tax consulting.

Ben earned his bachelor’s degree in English, with a minor in Medieval and Renaissance Studies, from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos in December 2006. He graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in May of 2010.

In his free time, Ben enjoys cooking and challenging his culinary tastes, has been known to enjoy a dram or two of whiskey or scotch, attending music festivals, and traveling and discovering the hidden treasures of the globe.

Gail Moore

Gail Moore is the Senior Legal Assistant and has been with the company since 2014. In addition to her responsibilities as a legal assistant, Gail supervises the administrative staff and handles overall office management. An Austin native, she has over 26 years of experience in the legal field and operations management since completing an executive legal assistant program at Austin Business College. Gail lives in Round Rock with her husband, Mike, and their daughter, Madison. They enjoy traveling together and share a passion for cruises and beaches. Gail also enjoys live music and is a true sports fanatic.

Kathy Davila

Kathy has worked at the Law Office of Ben Williams as a Legal Assistant since March of 2015. She was a stay-at-home mom for many years before returning to the work force. Kathy graduated in 2014 with an A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies from Central Texas College. She lives in Georgetown with her husband Mario. They enjoy cheering for the Spurs and Cowboys, and hosting family celebrations. Kathy and Mario have 4 adult children, and several adorable grandchildren.

Meagan Hurley

Meagan has been with the Law Office of Ben Williams since March of 2016. She enjoys making use of her love for detail and is responsible for many of the firm’s administrative operations, such as file management and invoice generation, among other tasks.

When not working for Ben, Meagan is actively building a portrait photography business and volunteering with her young adult Bible Study Fellowship class. She also enjoys sewing, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
